Process flow:

Pretreatment material are transported by screw conveyor into extraction workshop, through bucket elevator and air screw conveyor into batch extractor to extracte with dilute miscella and fresh solvent.

The extraction meal through steam blowing and steam stripping in the batch extraction to desolventized. Then transport into meal storehouse.

The miscella into misella tank, then into the first rasing film evaporator to evaporate solvent, next into the second rasing filming evaporation to evaporate solvent again, at last into stripping column to evaporate residual solvent. The extraction crude oil into crude oil tank then into refining workshop.

The solven vapour from rasing film evaporators and stripping column into condensers to condense, condensation water into water separator to separate, then the separation solvent back to solvent tank, the waster-water into waster-water boiling tank to cook, then to water seal tank.

The solvent carrying-air from the top of all the equipment into last condenser to condense, the vent gas into absorbing column to recover solvent again.
